Here's how:

1) Log in to Facebook

2)Then go to http://www.facebook.com/username/

3) Click "Set a Username" for your Pages

4) Choose your Page from the list.

5) Set your Username.

6) Now your Facebook Fan Page link should be more like this:
http://www.facebook.com/thefrugalinvitation

7) Test it out to verify that it works.
