Note: Walmart has recently updated their coupon policy. I recommend printing it off and taking it with you. View Walmart's Coupon Policy HERE. They accept internet printables, and now if a coupon exceeds the price of the item (check out the Gain deal at the bottom of the post) , they will actually give you cash back or apply the overage to your transaction. This is GREAT news.

Walmart Run 3/7

This was posted on The Frugal Invitation Facebook Page today, but I can't take credit for it. I have a new assistant, "Sara" that will help post from time to time for me during the day since I work full-time.

Walmart has updated their coupon policy HERE.
The biggest update here is that they now allow coupon values to exceed the price of an item. This means overage!

$6.00 = 4 Herbashines @ $1.50 each
$4.00 = 2 Clairol @ $2.00 each
$1.94 = 2 Rayovac Batteries @ .97 each
$1.64 = 1 Huggies Flushable Wipes
$0.84 = 1 Paper Towel Roll
$0.75 = 1 Doll Accessory
$1.00 = 1 Leggings
$2.14 = 1 Disinfectant Spray
$3.00 =1 Pajama Set
$21.31 = Subtotal
-(4) $3.00/1 Herbashine Coupons
-(2) $2.00/1 Clairol Coupons from P&G eSaver

If you can see...The Herbashine only cost $1.50 each. But she had $3.00 coupons. So she made $1.50 on each box she purchased!
