Visit Walgreens, and locate the ads by the front door. There should be an insert about a 4day sale. Grab the coupon in that insert for $5 off any costume $14.99 or more.

Most stores have their costumes marked down 50% off. However; Jamie over at Time to Save found that as long as you grab a costume that was originally 14.99 or higher - the coupon works!
